Toasted Beef Ravioli with Easy Marinara
Louisa Toasted Ravioli and marina is a St. Louis classic enjoyed by generations. It's sure to become a favorite with your family and friends too!
Ingredients
- 1 Package Louisa Toasted Beef Ravioli, or your favorite variety
- 1 24-oz. jar of your favorite tomato-basil or marinara pasta sauce
- 1 cup dry white wine
- ½ cup olive oil
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together marinara, olive oil, white wine, salt and pepper.
- Continue to whisk occasionally until oil has been incorporated, and wine has reduced. Approx. 10–15 minutes.
- While sauce is cooking, prepare Louisa Toasted Beef Ravioli according to package directions.
- Finish the sauce by adding basil.
- Plate Louisa Toasted Beef Ravioli and serve with sauce in a separate bowl. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
