Toasted Beef & Cheese Ravioli with Queso Blanco
Creamy, spicy perfection. All you need is one pan and a few minutes to create a crowd-pleasing, darn tasty dip.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Louisa Toasted Beef & Cheese Ravioli
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp. jalapeño, minced
- 8 oz. queso blanco cheese, cut into 1" chunks
- 2 tbsp. milk
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Directions
- Prepare Toasted Beef & Cheese Ravioli according to package directions.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, tomato and jalapeño and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tomato softens.
- Add queso blanco and milk. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring. Remove skillet from heat; stir in cilantro.
- Plate Toasted Beef & Cheese Ravioli. Serve dip in a separate bowl.
