Four Cheese Tortellini Mac & Cheese
A twist on traditional mac & cheese. Instead of noodles, it's made even more cheesy with Louia Four Cheese Tortellini.
Ingredients
- 1 Package Louisa Four Cheese Tortellini, Value Size
- 1 - 16oz. Velveeta® cheese loaf, diced into 1" pieces
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Heat milk in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Add Velveeta and stir to create a sauce.
- Place frozen tortellini in a 13" x 9" baking dish and cover with sauce. Be sure to mix thoroughly.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Stir and serve.
