This twist on the classic chicken parmesan makes for a quick weeknight meal with all the flavor your family craves without the all-day preparation for you.
Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Four Cheese Ravioli
1 24oz. jar marinara sauce
½ lb. chicken breast, cooked, shredded
1 tbsp. butter
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. dry basil
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
Directions
In large covered saucepot over high heat bring 4 quarts unsalted water to boiling. Add Louisa Four Cheese Ravioli; stir gently. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In sauce pan, heat marinara sauce and chicken.
In a separate pan melt butter and fold in breadcrumbs and seasonings; toast until golden.
Plate ravioli and top with chicken sauce mixture, mozzarella and toasted breadcrumbs.
