Creamy, velvety Alfredo sauce and sliced mushrooms create a combination that's s a little bit decadent and a whole lot delicious.
Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Beef Ravioli
1 oz. butter
8 oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic, minced
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Heat large covered saucepan of unsalted water to boiling over high heat. Add Louisa Beef Ravioli; stir gently. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic with butter until soft.
Add cream and bring to a very low simmer, season with salt and pepper.
Add ravioli, Parmesan and parsley to skillet with sauce and gently toss to coat.
