Toasted Sausage & Cheese Ravioli with Cheddar, Beer and Bacon Dip.
A perfect dip for game day (or any day really). It's insanely good with three of America's favorites – cheddar cheese, beer and bacon. Serve this and you'll be a shoo-in for MVP.
Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Sausage & Cheese Toasted Ravioli
16 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup lager beer
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare Louisa Toasted Sausage & Cheese Ravioli according to package directions.
For the bacon, preheat oven to 400°. Bake bacon on a foil lined baking tray until crisp (about 10 minutes). Cool and cut into small pieces.
In a nonstick saucepot, whisk together cream cheese, cheddar, beer and garlic continuously until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate Louisa Toasted Sausage & Cheese Ravioli. Serve hot dip, topped with chopped bacon, in a separate bowl.
