1 large or 2 small Roma tomatoes, diced into ¼” cubes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ tsp salt and pepper, to taste
4 large basil leaves thinly sliced, reserve 1-2 for garnish
Directions
Prepare Louisa Toasted Sausage & Cheese Ravioli according to package directions.
Combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
In a sauce pot reduce cream on low heat for approximately 4 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate Louisa Toasted Sausage & Cheese Ravioli. Drizzle cream/parmesan sauce and top with tomato/garlic mixture. Garnish with basil.
