Toasted Four Cheese Ravioli with Tomatillo Chutney
For a fusion of cuisines pair Louisa Toasted Ravioli with an easy to make chutney. The creaminess of the toasted ravioli and the freshness of the chutney is a fun taste combo.
Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Toasted Four Cheese Ravioli
3 tomatillos, chopped*
Fresh hot green chilies, to taste (roughly 2 serranos or 1 jalapeño), seeded, stemmed and roughly chopped
⅓ cup fresh cilantro (thick stems removed), roughly chopped
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. cup chopped onion
¼ tsp. salt
Directions
Prepare Louisa Toasted Four Cheese Ravioli according to package directions.
In a blender jug combine the tomatillos, chilies or jalapeño, cilantro, onion, red pepper flakes, olive oil, onion and salt. Blend for 20-30 seconds until combined.
Plate Louisa Toasted Four Cheese Ravioli. Serve dip in a separate bowl.
* A tomatillo's water content can vary. If chutney is too loose, use a strainer to remove some of the water.
