Toasted Cheese Ravioli with Sundried Tomato Dip

Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Toasted Cheese Ravioli
4 large basil leaves
1 medium garlic clove
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
⅓ cup water
¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano or Romano cheese, freshly grated
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
2 tbsp. pine nuts
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
Parsley and Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, for garnish
Directions
Prepare Louisa Toasted Four Cheese Ravioli according to package directions.
Add basil, garlic, water, cheeses, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, salt and sugar to blender. Blend until as smooth as possible.
Plate Louisa Toasted Four Cheese Ravioli. Serve dip, topped with parsley and parmesan for garnish, in a separate bowl.
