Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli with Avocado Ranch Dip
This is an incredibly easy and delicious dip starts with store bought guacamole and pairs perfectly with Buffalo Chicken Toasted Ravioli. A little heat, a little cool, and a lot of flavor.
Ingredients
1 Package Louisa Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli
6 oz. (one half package) guacamole dip
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. Ranch dry seasoning
1 tsp. sugar* (Optional)
¼ tsp. pepper
Directions
Prepare Louisa Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli according to package directions.
Place guacamole dip, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, sugar (if using) and pepper in a blender jug. Blend for approximately 20 seconds at a time until incorporated.
Plate Louisa Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli. Serve dip in a separate bowl.
*Sugar balances out the acidity of the store bought guacamole. You can leave it out if you like.
