Ingredients
2 celery stalks, white part removed, diced
3 slices bacon, finely chopped
1 package Louisa Toasted Buffalo Chicken Ravioli
⅓ cup ranch dressing
⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
3 tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Shave celery with a potato peeler then place in ice-cold water to get the ribbons to curl.
Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
Prepare toasted ravioli according to package directions.
Arrange toasted ravioli on serving platter, then drizzle with ranch and Buffalo sauce. Top with bacon, blue cheese and celery ribbons. Serve immediately.
